Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

How long does a condominium board have to notify unit owners to changes in the master insurance policy, such as increasing the deductible. I have my own insurance and it was to cover the condo's $5000 deductible. I just had some water damage and I am finding out that the deductible has increased to $10,000 and no notifications were sent out. I'm now under-insured and would have made changes to my policy had I been notified when it was done

They should have given notice as soon as the decided to make the change. The notice should have been in writing.
