Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

Pregnant Tenant

I have been living in the same apartment (non-owner occupied, 4 units, no elderly tenants) for almost 6 years. I am now 6 months pregnant. I would like to know what my rights as a tenant are, i.e. must I notify my landlord, etc...
