Re: property left in will to my husband

The property should be transferred by the Executor of the estate to your husband and may at his request be placed in both your names.

The Estate should be in probate, if not someone needs to open an estate file for probate in the county the deceased died and then proceed to probate the estate.

The cost of doing this will depend on the status of the estate.

It should be handled out of the probate of the will. Is there an executor for the will? The price depends on the answer to these questions.
