Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I rented my cape cod home for the Summer to three ladies. The lease states max of 6 people at one time, etc. These girls have all out bashes at the house. They park on my lawn, neighbors yards they are out of control. It states any breach of the contract and they are out with no money returned. This is a small house with 1 bath and is under Agreement to be sold. What can I do? I have gone to the house asked them to remove the cars from on top of my Septic tank etc etc. The police have come. my neigbor was calling a tow truck for his yard. HELP!!! I am a single mom and if the sale falls through or someone has an accident on the property I will not survive it financially.

Get a lawyer and evict them. It has to be done properly. So do not delay. Get a lawyer specializing in evictions on Cape Cod. Pay the specialist the specialist rate. Do not be penny-wise and pound foolish. Get a referral from another lawyer. If you do not know another lawyer, you may contact me, and I will try to help.
