Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I sold my bakery with a contract that included a lien on the equipment to cover the loan i gave the buyer and the loan i owe the bank still which is the same amount. The new bakery owner has defaulted and has been closed out of the building for nonpayment. The building owner is seizing ownership of the equipment after their tenant has disappeared. Isn't the equipment legally mine and they would be illegally selling something that is not theirs?

You need to hire a lawyer NOW. Possesion is stil 9/10ths of the law, and if you don't do something, you could be screwed over.
