Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

quite title

I had a mortgage that was written fraudulently. The lender re-deeded the property back to me and then I filed another homestead atfer the recording, the book and page are now different than the fraud loan, my question is should I also do a quite title action.

You need to take legal action to restore the title chain.
