Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

3 years ago I was sexually harrased by a manager at blockbuster video the first day on the job. I was pregnant at the time and needed money for xmas. I have a lawsuit I filed after it happend. Blockbuster offered 10,000 but my lawyer turned it down 2 years ago saying it wasn't enough. I have been in therapy and on meds since the incident happend. My lawyer was waiting for the man who did this to me to get a guilty verdict from the DA. In august the man got sentenced to 2 years probation. I won the case back in july the massachusettes board aginst discrimination found probable cause and I won. Wehave just been waiting to settle. My lawyer went to pre-trial yesterday and they are setting up trial for a few months away. But now my lawyer is saying we might not get anything cause blockbuster filed bankruptcy, is this true??? I have had this case for 3 years now, don't they have insurance money put away for this?? Please help, do I need a new laywer?? I have paid so much money to my insurance to get therapy...someone should pay!
