Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

Hi so here's my issue ... on Father's Day weekend my boyfriend had come to visit me and asked to use the car and I had let him since I was at a kiddie party with my children ... while I was at the party my boyfriend had gotten stopped by the cops and was informed he had a warrant out of state and instead of stepping out of the car. He decided to flee with the vehicle to my home. In which case the police officers followed him to my home broke and he tried to escape through the attic and ran through the landlord's house breaking the landlords would in the attic when being dragged out by the officers. I immediately called my landlord and informed him of the situation .which he then was very upset and I apologize and explain to him that I would fix everything. In the process of doing so the landlord told me his girlfriend was very upset and wanted to call my section 8 and I explained that I understood and would pay all the expenses if they could please do me the favor and work with me instead because I've been living here 17yrs before they bought the home and I couldn't afford to loose my home or section 8 and had no money to move. The landlord then grabbed my hand and made a sexual gesture and said to me you'll do anything right ? I mean anything and I pulled my hand away and explained I would fix what I had to yes. When I left he kept looking at me up and down in which my friend told hurry up and get in the car . The next day when my friends friend was fixing my house door he had told me he would be over with his wife to see the damages and I said ok. he then showed up alone he asked to look at each room including bedroom and I allowed him to . When he got to my room he them sat on the bed and asked me to come closer and I told him no I'm comfortable here and which he said again come here and I said no and he said well my girlfriend wants you to move I said ok but I need time maybe a month or two and which he said come closer so we can speak and my friend ran up when she heard him and he got up and left . The next day while driving with my friend the landlord called me again and asked to speak and I said ok and he said you looked uncomfortable and why did your friend run up and I said to check on me and he said well don't be afraid of me and then asked me if he could ask question in which I put him on the speaker phone and told him ok ( my friend was in the car at this time ) and he said " I know you notice me looking at you right " and I said yes why ? And he said well I want to be sincer with you "you have such a big pussy and I was wondering if I could get pics or if you would let me see you naked I'll pay you for it , I got money and I said no I'm not that type of person I respect my man the same way you would like your women to respect you and he said well I can pay for a hotel no one has to know. He then said you know you don't need to tell just keep it our secret I don't want to end my relations like you don't yours And I said no thank you I'm not that type of girl . I really need to go. He then said please don't hang up let me ask you one last question and I said I really need to go and he said please and I said what is it .. he then said I know you might not feel the same but do you find me cute or like me .. would you like to go do something ? And I replied with I really need to go and I don't have a reply for that. Now to make matters worse I have his girlfriend /wife after me saying I need to move. Which obviously I don't feel comfortable and want to since I have a daughter and don't need he around this. My question is what do I do ? Don't I report to section 8 ? do I get a lawyer ? Or just move? ( but I need a lot of time to save money I didnt expect to move so quick ? And does a verbal eviction count
