what are the duties of the executor of an estste in regards to the other heirs rights to a summary of assets and a summary of expenses. Are they required to make available that information to the other heirs named in the estate.

Executor is supposed to file an accounting within 30 days of his appointment. Then the Executor is also unless waived to file an accounting annually.

You can seek to require an accounting as a creditor or an heir of the estate.
