In a divorce is the person who is the in-law eligible to receive a portion of the trust?

A family living Trust unless it has been made irrevocable by its own terms or by the death of the settlor, may be changed anyway the Settlor wants it to be.

An in-law's claim may or may not be provided for under the terms of the Trust Document. I would suggest if you are in the midst of a divorce to contact an attorney for more information or your current divorce attorney if you have one.
