Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Objecting to the appointed executor of the will

I objected to my brother being appointed executor of dad's will.(I live 3000 miles away)I have tried to find an attorney on the internet;I've called lawyers in the immediate area--for months--to no avail! The lawyers, state they are ''too busy'' or never return calls! I had to finally write the judge & represent myself in my letters.I stated that my brother has an extensive police record; & provided police reports of abuse, assault, harrassment charges etc; brought against my brother---this was all sent to the judge:stating that I was unable to attend the pre-trial hearing in 1/2005,because I was unable to obtain an attorney.Needless to say,the motion was denied!---all the letters, that I sent the judge, were turned over to my brother! Now,my brother has my e-mail& he has sent me a virus on 1/28/05, & he has telephoned me on 2/4/05 threatening to ''destroy me physically & financially''--screaming & swearing ~~using very abusive language~~I have reported him severals times to the authorities, but nothing is ever done! what can I do legally about this whole situation?~~~I can't seem to locate an attorney in this small town in MASS.

I am surprised that you would have difficulty finding an attorney to represent you, so long as you are willing to pay the fees agreed upon in your agreement with the attorney. I suggest that you contact the Maricopa County Bar Association for their referral list.
