Re: Concursos mercantiles

The standard procedure to file a claim is by filing a completed form with proof of the credit with the appointed conciliator. You may download the form LCS 3/125 form this link: http://www.ifecom.cjf.gob.mx/formato.asp. To determine when to file, we need to know at what stage we are in the precudere, which in turn we could find out if you have some of the following information: your clientss name (i.e. name of filing party), place of business (city), case number, court of filing. Chances are that your credit has already been included and you dont need to file a claim. Since space here is very limited, write us back with more questions to [email protected]
