Child Visitasion To Mexico

I and the father have a legal divorce and visitasion. Now He wants to take the kids to mexico to visit there family.Should i? Should i get some papers or something done before he leaves? Should i be worried that he wont bring my kids bake or be abel to get them bake?

The fact that there is a visitation order implies that you have custody and if he does not return the child it is kidnapping. The issue then becomes what if he doesn't return the child anyway. At that point you will have to go looking for your child.

At some point either you trust him or not. If you do not trust him, then it may not be the best idea to let him take the child to Mexico.
