''Power of Attorney''

Is a Power of attorney which will be signed in California valid in Mexico, and if so does the form need to be in spanish.

In Rome do like the Romans do! Mexican legal acts are governed by Mexican laws, and by the way, they do speak Spanish there.

A normal or typical power of attorney form from California or any US State will not be valid in Mexico.
