Timeshare forfeit payments on promissory note

what legal actions can be placed on me if I quit paying on my timeshare purchased in Cabo San Lucas, MX from a secured promissory note?

The seller could sue you probably in Mexico based on the note and get a judgment that he might be able to later enforce in the US (or wherever you live). There are certain requirements to make that judgment enforceable.

The promissory not gives action to the creditor called "executive", with the right to seized assets of your property, at the begining of the trial.
