Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

I filed my papers back in July and August to get my husband here from South Africa. I was over there for 3 months and came back in June when I found out I was pregnant. As soon as I could I filed the papers. Im fearing he wont be here in time for the birth. Im trying everyway possible to come up with a way to speed up the process to insure that my husband be here, and get rid of the stress. I only have 3 months left and I fear he wont make it in time.

The timeline seems to be cutting it too close and the other factors that would influence the timeline would be if your husband has any prior immigration history in the U.S. I suggest you cal us for a free consultation at (248) 619-0065. Please bring all of your paperwork with you for the consultation so that we could better advise you. Caridad Pastor Cardinale

I was told it would take six months just to approve the I-130 petition and then several more months after that. I hate to say but I don't think there is much chance that your husband will be here before you give birth.
