Legal Question in Disability Law in Michigan
morning, my husband works construction. fell off a 7ft scaffold. broke shoulder,& 8 ribs. stated he had a seizure. work comp has denied claim becaause .he had a previous episode of seizure. husband didnt have seizure on job based on hopsital test. the one episode of thought of seizure was really a allergy reaction to medication, caused swellen of tongue. no seizure in history. it has been 6 weeks since accident. do we have a case? no comp check and over $100,000 medicals bills. physical therapy will start in 6 weeks. more medical bills..thanks.
