LOoking for an attorney with knowledge of this ruling and if it applies in michigan(or will). I have a nephew in prison and the judge exceeded the guidelines-TY Rich

An attorney is going to have to review your file. if you can't find someone, you can have your nephew enroll in the Prison Services Project (www dot prisonservicesproject dot com); he can fill out an Application for a referral, but while he's waiting I can have a look at the facts. If he sends the case file, I'll scan it and return it to him once the App is on file.
