help

we need to file a paper to try and get a hearing in front of the judge, also file to get grand kids removed from probation for truecny

I would need more information to answer this. The "paper" you are talking about - I need to know what court you are talking about and what hearing you are trying to get. Also, I'd need to know why you, as grandparents, are filing this instead of the kids' parents - i.e., do you have lawful custody.

Also, with regard to the removal from probation, I'd have to review their files and look at the terms of their probation, etc. Usually the courts wait until the end of a probation term, and if there are no violations, they automatically terminate the probation. If you are asking the court to terminate the probation early, you will need to explain why and have good cause, to even have half a chance at them granting your request.
