Legal Question in Aviation Law in Michigan

Denied boarding

I was travelling with my infant son from Detroit to Delhi on October 31, 2006. At the check in, they could not print out the infant ticket in time and I was denied boarding. I had no place to go. The Lufthansa staff was so rude. Flight number LH443. Booking code ZVCZKK. I want to sue them

You can sue them in India as well as in US. Best sue them in US. In India you can file before a consumer forum. Contact some lawyer in Dlehi or some lawyer in US at Detroit for legal action. US action is more advisable.
