Legal Question in Banking Law in Michigan

Bank error

the bank depoisted the wrong amount of money into my account, what type of legal trouble would i get into if i spent some of it.

Depending on what mood the prosecutor is in: POTENTIALLY:

1) Theft

2) Embezzlement

3) Criminal Conversion

4) Fraud

Put it back and notify the bank RIGHT NOW! (you might get a reward)
