Credit card Fraud by soon to be ex husband

My soon to be Ex opened a card in my name on a computer also used one that was paid off for bus. exp. he was reembursed for,he was not an auth user, my lawyer tells me i have 2 choices File Fraud which is very provable or settle with the cards and keep him out of trouble. but he has done this several times not as bad as this one , the last time it was for 50k I let him remort. our home, which he is getting in our divorce. My name is first on the mort. as it was mine before we marriedIm getting our Fla mobile home its paid off I;m on ss Disb. he was my auth payee, my huge problem is Im getting spousal support. If any thing happens to his job if I tell the cards fraud, or to him. Ill lose my support. Please help dont know what to do, I have some money I took form our act. when I learned what he did, not enough. and he is declairing bankruptcy. I dont have any debt but the cards he frauded and the mortgage please tell me what to do . thanks so much.

Call the police. Settle with the company or file for bankruptcy. Your lawyer is giving you the correct advice.
