Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
My husband lost his job and we cant pay our bills and are thinking of filling bankruptcy, if we do, after my husband gets another job will we have to pay our creditors back?

No. Once you file bankruptcy and receive a discharge the creditors can never seek to collect money from you. The discharge cancels your obligation to repay the debt forever.
