Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
My Ex wife is headed to bankruptcy and owns a hud house,and 3 credit cards with
about 12000.00 owed, she is sinking fast and needs to shed the house which needs
hundreds of dollars in repairs,and the credit cards which some of the debt was
for the old house thats a money pit. Can she file and shed the house and cards?
