Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

8 days ago, my girlfriend and I had subway and I ordered a BLT and the day after it all started with sometimes severe stomach and intestinal pains but almost constant discomfort pains, movements 3-4 times a day, blood in the stool sometimes, making me really drained and just found worms that are a few inches long. This has been every single day since it stared and I wanted to know if I can make a legal settlement out of this?
