Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Attorney Representation
I intially contacted an attorney to draft a sales agreement for my Michigan LLC. He agreed to do so. He then decided to represent both parties, because we were all friends, which we were. Now we are having HUGE issues with the agreement. The attorney has taken the seller's side and is advising them and may be even representing them in litigation. Is this right? Is it legal?

That would be a conflict of interest unless you agreed to it. However, he may have only represented that side originally and never really represented you. Call me for help 5862851700
