Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
In the court papers from sbscpublicaccess it said
"The 1993 Civil Settlement was made by Mr. Jackson's Insurance company and was not within Mr. Jackson control."
Exactly, how can insurance company do that? Is that some kind of law or contract with the insurance company.
