As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. You have to admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction (such as another state in the U.S.) before you're eligible to sit for the state Bar Exam. Absent that, you'll probably have to either attend law school here (or in some states, like California, study under a judge or senior level attorney) in order to qualify to take the Bar Exam. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
