We are a Michigan LLC and have just been summoned with an outrages lawsuit.

The company is on the brink of financial collapse. We can not afford legal representation. What should we do?

You have to have a lawyer represent you in court under the statutes. I would start with a consultation to see what is the best path to take. Keep in mind you only have 21 or 28 days to answer the complaint or you will default. Contact me to discuss.

Ask whether you can afford not to be represented in the matter.
