Re: Organizations

What kind of organization are you talking about, an LLC or PC?? You should retain a lawyer to make sure everything is set up correctly, including your EIN, assumed names, insurance needs, etc.

Please contact me for assistance. Assuming it is something straightforward, I will only charge you a few hundred dollars.

Thanks.

Re: Organizations

To create an LLC or corporation you must complete the articles of incorporation (corporation) or articles of organization (LLC). You can do this yourself but I would highly recommend having an attorney help you with your by laws or operating agreement so that if a problem comes up down the road you have a reliable governing document to use to resolve the issue. You also want to make sure you understand what you need to do to make sure your assets are protected, and an attorney can help you with making sure you set up the entity to work correctly.
