Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I got a check in the mail last week of 973.13 it said i won it on a drawing went to the store and cashed it.Well the store guy called yasterday n said the check come back and said it might have been fake well he said he needs his money and i said well i can pay one a week on paying him back but before i do i was wondering if i have to.
