If a person with whom you have had a bad relationship with posts untrue and derogatory remarks about you with the intenet to disgrace and discredit your reputation o Facebook - how hard of a libel suit is that to win?

It's not hard as much as it is expensive and if the person sued has no assets, maybe worthless endeavor.
