Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

What is this?

Attny Guzrack, it puts a sweet/sour tatse in my mouth to your response. I came here to ask a question why why something happens. In this case is regarding to the attorneys declining cases without looking at a shred of evidence. My mother and I have always been met with declines with no explaination of any kind... ''other lawyers may have a different opinion'' familar excuses to which I have evidence of also. I don't throw anthing away. And for a lawyer to make a comment that he is not going through or is familar with (evidence that is) is wrong. They work on tight budgets huh? Well, you know advertising is costly. And the amount of money that they have claimed to have won ''millons'' for clients... what gives? Only cases they ''think'' they can win? Then tell me why there is ''cosignment'' then? There are organizations that provides the funding for the defendant and or the attorney fees. I can see that I touched a nerve with this website because they did not allow it to be available for others to see. If Mr. Courtright is going to use his ''valuable'' time he should make sure the advice is something that's not going to make people question his abilities. I believe people want attorneys that can explain with details.

Next lawyer please.

Re: What is this?

Ok . . . I'll bite one more time. No one is taking your case or referring you to other attorneys, regardless of your excellent evidence, because they don't want to, don't have to, and you can't make them. Furthermore, no one owes you an explanation. Your question and responses were, in fact, posted on the website because I saw them with my own eyes.
