Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

auction

I bought an article for $800 on an auction site and

the gentleman has not, after repeated phone calls

and emails is not delivering the product. As you

can see the availability of small claims court that

is a thousand miles away is not an option, what

recourse does a person have.

I hope you paid with a credit card. Dispute the charges on the credit card.
