breaking lease agreement

daughter paid 1050.00 to lease a hall for wedding recpt. for 4-5-08 one year from now. broke up with boyfriend, wants money back...agreement showes from 160 to 120 days befor event , keep 20% ..120 days to 90 days keep 40% and 90 days to 60 they keep 60% and 60 to 30 75%...well this is 356 days befor the rental date....any chance getting any money back.....dose it mean anything that the agreement starts at 180 to 120 and we are a year away.....thx don

I think what it means is that the lessee is less concerned about people backing out of the rental agreement and having to find someone to replace them when it happens more than 160 days from the event. Contact the lessee as soon as possible and explain what happened and ask about a refund. Maybe you can get the whole thing back.
