Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

Company harassment

Can a company tell me they can sue me (The customer) for harassment? I've paid for a product I am unsatisfied with, and have been trying to contact them to resolve it. They call it harassment? Can this be?

Re: Company harassment

No. It is not harassment which is a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose.

Their threat to sue you for harassment is arguably a violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act.
