Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

Hello, I frequent a local fast food joint in my neighborhood and usually get a special order on a certain sandwich. The other day I went in that restaurant to eat and the manager asked me if I get my sandwich a certain way, I said yes but I leave on two of the items they said was omitted from the sandwich. The person then said that I got them in trouble by phoning in a survey and saying my order was not correct, we had a few words as I told her I do not like being accused of something I did not do, as I did not do this. A couple of days later I went back in there to tell the person that I would not come and eat there very often anymore, I went there at least 5 times a week, and they said they found out who called and complained as another person got their order simalar to mine. I do not think that this person should not have confronted me or anyone else about this, as I thought these survey's where confidential. I emailed the restaurant chain about this and if their surveys were confidential about a week ago, and of course, I have not gotten an answer. I have been there once again a couple of days ago, no apology, just asking me no to be mad at them anymore. Is there any recourse in this matter
