Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

glass in bottle

From a 12 pack of Diet Peach Snapple I purchased Oct. 06' one of the glass bottles has a very large piece of broken glass somehow trapped and sealed inside along with the liquid tea. I have the unopened sealed bottle, which I have photographed, and still have the remaining original case packaging along with the remaining 2 bottles left uncomsumed. I drink hundreds of bottles of this product and I really like it, but is there any legal action I should take? And what kind of response can I expect from the Snapple company? Thank you.

Re: glass in bottle

If you have suffered no real damages (i.e. injury or medical expenses), your lawsuit would be dismissed. There is always a possibility that if you bring it to the attention of Snapple, they would choose to compensate you in some way.

Good luck.
