Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
I got a ? concerning ticket reselling
I recently signed up for a webstie called stub hub. I live in the state of michigan and i could not get any information on ticket reselling on sites like this as far as legal information. I also called about 20 Laywers and they said they did not handle that type of business. I was wondering what does the law state in the state of michigan as far as ticket reselling or can someone guide me to this information!

In Michigan, selling tickets for more than their face value is misdemeanor (90-days / $100 fine). See MCL 750.465(6). For further information contact me at [email protected].
