Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Condo owner is behind five months of assessment fees.

I am on the Board of Directors of an 18 unit condo association and we operate month-to-month with the monthly assessments we receive. When a co-owner does not pay their assessments we fall behind on our monthly bills. Do we have any reasonable course of action they we can take to collect the back monies owned and for future payments that are likely to not be paid? Thank you for your assistance.
