Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Credit Card Debt

Sought help from a company only to find out they screwed me over by closing at not telling me. I'm out $1,499.00 and the Credit card company wont refund the damages even though the company said it was ok (Talked to another office) Says it had to be with in 60 days (didn't know that!) the story is longer and a little more complicated. So basically I can't pay my bill now and I'm almost at my limit! I'm making very little money so its hard to pay as it is...I just wanted help in paying it and I got nothing but the run around...I'm more than upset...what do I do?

Re: Credit Card Debt

If the credit card company failed to fulfill its obligations pursuant to its contract with you, then you have 6 years, not 60 days (unless that provision was knowingly agreed upon in the contract) to sue. Please contact me to discuss the matter and assess what your options may be.
