Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Creditor is attempting to garnish my wages for not paying May bill but says June and July are paid. What are my options. Can they apply the payments however they want?

Yes they can. Depends on what your total debt is? If it's less than $5000 you probably don't want to file a bankruptcy, but if substantially more it may be something to consider. If interested, I have an Ann Arbor office. 888 317 9336.
