former employer owes money
a former employer owes myself and
my business partner over $6,000.
We know she has other pending
lawsuits against her from vendors.
We are fairly certain she is planning
on moving out of the country very
soon. Are there legal actions we can
take quickly, and is there anything to
prevent her from leaving the country
before we are paid?

You can commence a district court lawsuit as soon as possible.
