filing an answer to a summon

I have been sue by a company that i owe. i got in touch with the company and we cam to an payment arrangement of $300.00 per month I have made the first payment. I need to know how to answer the summon. I believe since we have came to a payment arrangement that the complaint should be dismissed. I have 7 days to get the answer filed. also where can i find an answer form? Can a judgement be enter even when a new agreement have been reached?

There is no such thing as a "form" answer. If you agreed to repayment terms, you can ask the creditor's attorney to dismiss the complaint, and instead enter into a repayment agreement. You can contact my office for more information.
