foreclosure on a mobile home

My husbanb co-signed a note for a mobile home fo9r our daughter. She has chosen to walk away from her obligation. They are going to come after us and we need to know what happens once a judgement is awarded. We have a modest savings acct. and can they touch this. We are both retired.

Once a judgment is awarded, the creditor must obtain an order of garnishment. If they conduct a debtor examination and find your savings account, they can satisfy the judgment using that money.
