Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have a lease for my truck with a credit union. I am 29 days past due with my payment, I pay 100 dollars towards it, and tell the leasing department I can pay a little more next week. She says that she sees i have more funds in my account and id better pay it or they can go in my account and just take it. I don't remember signing anything that said they could just take money out when they see fit. I explained to them i have other bills and she didn't seem to care. Is this legal?
