Mobile Home loan
If I have a loan for a mobile home that I got when I was single will that affect my husbands credit now that I am married if I walk away from the mobile home-not pay on it?

Most likely it will not provided that your husband did not sign a contract to be responsible for the debt and the property is located in Michigan. Michigan is not a community property state.
