Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have a pre-trial set up on Febuaray 15th against a Junk Debt Buyer (JDB). I have already filed my answer and motion for Discovery: Production of documents, my question here is when or could I file a motion to strike based on the grounds of hearsay? I live in Michigan.

I doubt it.

There is not enough information to answer your question. If you mean to ask whether a motion for summary disposition or motion for summary judgment would be successful based upon the plaintiff having failed to state a claim or there being no issue of fact, there is still not enough information to answer the question.

My guess would be that you contend that the "JBD", as you refer to the creditor, will not be able to prove the debt. Perhaps. But some companies who purchase uncollected accounts know how to do it right.
