Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

My moble home went into foreclosure. The mortgage company is saying that they are going to put a lein on both mine and my ex husbands home. I was co-signer on both the moble home and my new home with my now husband. Is this legal for them to do on my new home?

If you owe them money, then yes, they can put a lien on any assets that you own.
