I'm 17, and i'm getting charged for a third degree retail fraud. I have no record, and want to know what I will get, from this.

You and your lawyer should review all the case facts to see if there is a legal defense to the charge. If the prosecutor or court have a diversion program, you may want to participate in that to avoid a conviction. If not, you should discuss filing a petition for treatment under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act. From what you tell, us you should be a candidate for this, which allows your guilty plea to be taken under advisement and if you successfully complete probation terms the court would then dismiss the case. No conviction for you.
